Pear Tree Cottage is a fully self contained 16 square A Frame holiday house.
Originally a family farm house, your hosts David and Barbara Goldup have converted the home to holiday accommodation offering guests a spacious open living area, three bedrooms, full kitchen facilities and a separate sun room where you can enjoy the morning sunshine.

Adding to the A Frames charm are the oregon beams featured throughout, slate flooring and unique hand made door fittings.
The Master bedroom has a balcony allowing great views of the surrounding operational 18ha citrus and avocado property. Native birds are often seen feeding in the nearby trees.

During your stay you are most welcome to enjoy a selection of free seasonal fruits, including mandarins, oranges, avocados and pears.
Pear Tree Cottage is situated in an extremely quiet and relaxing location, but has the benefit of being just 2.5 km's from the Nangiloc General Store and Tavern, allowing you ease of access to all your daily required supplies like bread and milk.
